"Driver was 15 minutes early but did not pressure us at all, just waited outside the house. The car was immaculate, we were provided an estate rather than a saloon but we only had hand luggage so made no real difference to us. Driver made some small details to save us some time when traffic in the M25 was busy. We arrived earlier than expected."
