"We had to wait 45 mins. We waited under the sign daying uk arrivals. He had no sign with our name. We searched 3 times for him. He was on his way to leave when I finally got wifi. He had been ringing on whatsapp. He blamed us for being in the wrong place but he had no sign. He demanded £11.00 for his parking.
On the return journey the driver was 17 minutes late and demanded £5.00 for dropping us off. He was pleasant and a hood driver."
