"I received notice that my booking was cancelled on the morning I was to travel. No driver / car showed up. I was to travel with my elderly mum, I was very dissapointed and stressed. I had to spend more money for an alternative means of transport. Uptill now, I am yet to be refunded the £305 pounds debited on my card, which is very, very disappointing. Kindly, credit my card back.
